What is expected of you as an employee in TTEC

Requirements for a customer service representative at TTEC
As a customer service representative with TTEC you’re required to possess the following;
Exceptional communication skills in Italian and English
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Six months or more of customer service experience
Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
Eligibility to work in Canada.
